Today is not like my other 4th of july....beer brats all you can eat food no not this time.
My meal today went like this:
cereal for breakfast (a serving with milk)
dinner
baked chicken
salad
corn on the cob
watermelon
later on I am going to have yogurt for a snack. I really like learning this better way of eating.
