A simple, 4 week Challenge starting 1st July and going until the 29th of July.
Weigh-In's will be every Tuesday.
This is my first time hosting a challenge to please bear with me, If you're confused by anything just PM me :)

I'll post my form in the morning once I've weighed myself, but i just wanted to say welcome to those who have already signed up :D
Hopefully this will be a good month.
A very good friend of mine is getting married in December so I'm eager to lose the weight I've gained in the past few months.
Want to look the best i can, who wouldn't :)
So! anyway, i had to rewrite some of the OP because there were a few mistakes that i mustn't have noticed when i wrote it the other night.
Within this challenge however, i was wondering if there were any others who would like to try the "Couch-to-5k" program?
I tried it last year and i did it for about a month but then i fell out of the habit.
I was thinking if there were some others who were interested, we could do the runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (or other days if they would be better for you) and then check back and say whether we did them or not and give motivation to each other?
It would just be more motivation to workout for everyone.
Just an idea anyway :]

On the "Couch-to-5K", does it mean we have to walk/run 5K everytime or work slowly toward 5K? Sorry I am not too familiar with the program.

I'm doing learn to run at the moment - its just like C25K but pacing is a little different. :) I think it's a good idea. :D
Ilkahead - Couch to five is 'learning' to eventually run 5k, its spaced out, pretty much interval training at first - jog for so many seconds/minutes and then walk for so many.
You can time it out - say only for 30 minutes - I think thats what C25K does - learn to run (pretty much the same) you work out a 5K route and do intervals of walking and jogging throughout the route.
