A simple, 4 week Challenge starting 1st July and going until the 29th of July.
Weigh-In's will be every Tuesday.
This is my first time hosting a challenge to please bear with me, If you're confused by anything just PM me :)

Summertime506, i'm really excited too!
Sadly the lack of iron (ran out of them, plus i couldn't take them while i was on antibiotics anyway) and b12 has nocked the energy out of my a bit so i haven't been doing very well with exercising, but i'm still looking forward to this month!

Orangeloft, you can do which ever way you want :) you can either copy and paste the complete form every week, or just the weigh ins date and your weight.

It's raining here so it doesn't look like i will be going for a walk today! so i might just re-arange my bedroom a bit, drag the exercise bike in there, crank up some music and work out in there!

I know a lot of 4th of July celebrations start tomorrow, so does anyone have any advice on how to steer clear of the bad, bbq food this weekend?
Perhaps take healthy alternatives?
I'm not sure, we don't really celebrate the 4th of july here!
But, you can do corn on a bbq and it's only 48cals for a whole ear!
Other vegetables are obviously a healthier option too.
Peppers would be nice roasted on a bbq, along with zucchini.
Otherwise maybe find some lean meats?
Fish perhaps.
Or try portion control.
Eat a small amount of those rich foods you like, and then bulk up on low calorie salads and vegetables?
Or perhaps lock yourself in the basement until the storm of oily fatty food is over? Lol jk

What I do is take a little bit of what I *really* want (a bite or two) and put it on my plate. Then after I eat more of on the "good stuff" (salads, fruits, etc), I savor those few bites. That way I am more full by the time I get to whatever it is I may indulge in. Also, drink tons of water which will also help make you feel full and will help flush out the extra sodium.
Some people have weekly or monthly "free days" where they do not do any counting.. What works for me is to not have regularly planned free days and instead I have those days when I go on trips or there are holidays. That way I feel that I can celebrate the moment and not be weighed down by counting. However, I am very careful about portion sizes.
