OK, here goes!
A simple, 4 week Challenge starting 1st July and going until the 29th of July.
Weigh-In's will be every Tuesday.
This is my first time hosting a challenge to please bear with me, If you're confused by anything just PM me :)

If possible, bring/prepare your own food. If not, like alle0299 said, I will usually drink 2 glasses of water, fill my plate with salad and fruit. Once those are gone, then I will take the "other" food. This way, I won't eat too much on "other" food, and I won't feel as guilty either.

This will be my first 4th of July. The past few years have always been filled with burgers, grilled corn on the cob and watermelon. So, this year, I am going to just make sandwich on whole wheat bread, cut into bite size . Maybe I will make fruit salad as well.

Thanks for the ideas.  I think I'm going to bring some watermelon and veggies with dip.  And "taste test" the other things.  I just don't want to sabotage the "challenge"!

Well, ultimately if you slip up and have that slice of pie you werent meant to, or that burger you had been telling yourself not to eat...
It's not going to make you fat and ruin the challenge!
1 slip up in 1 month wont ruin everything.
It simply means, you might not lose as much weight as you could have this week.

So don't stress too much even if something does go wrong!

Total weight loss: well, none so far, I'm starting today :-D

Before anyone knocks my goal weight, I'd like to point out that doctors and scientists have not found an 18 BMI to be dangerous, and also that I am quite small-boned: 2 3/8 inch elbow and 5 1/2 inch wrist. I don't knock your goal so please don't knock mine. Positive motivation only, please.

I want my favorite size 2 jeans to slide right on, and right now I have to jump around the house like a deranged rabbit on a jackhammer to wrestle my thunder thighs into those damn pants. My thighs are difficult for me. They are 23.5 inches, which is totally out of proportion with my body (37-27-37). I have always had abnormally large thighs and mainly I'm dieting to get rid of them, but it's hard to make them budge unless I lose a bunch of weight. Exercise only ever bulks them up, even if I'm only doing super-low-resistance cardio. I expect to get them down to 22 inches by the time I hit 117. I also expect to be something like 36-26-36 at that weight, because that's usually what happens.
