Just so you know...
100 miles = 3.2 miles per day
50 miles = 1.6 miles per day
I keep track of my walking through http://www.mapmyrun.com/ , but you can also use a pedometer as well.

Hi, I am new to the forum and this is my first challenge...I'm excited about it! I would like to join the 100 mile challenge. I walked 142.17 miles in June, and that was my highest mileage month ever. This month, I am planning to walk every day and also include some exercise DVDs for variety, so I think 100 miles is an attainable goal for me.
Looking forward to getting to know all of you...I need some buddies! :)

Also, I don't know where everyone is located, but if anyone lives around Atlanta GA you are more than welcome to join me on my walks. My dogs and I try to hit most of the major parks in the metro area.
To those of you that are new to this challenge, feel free to post your updates whenever you like. Personally, I tend to post every day or two (this keeps my mileage constantly on the brain).
Remember, treadmill and elliptical miles count too.

I'll aim for 100 miles again, and 180 of the push-up/planks (i.e. fifteen sets of 12 instead of fifteen sets of 10).
Two miles this afternoon. Two miles this evening. 12 push-up/planks this evening. I'm actually getting to the point where I can do the left-arm ones up properly too, so this is doing something to help balance me out. :)
4 miles and 12 push-ups total
I got 6.11 miles today:

I finsihed my last steroid this morning and I went out for nice long walk this evening. I think the lungs are better but still have to finish the antibiotics...I hate antibiotics! But I hate inflammed lungs more.

For today, I did 2.6 in the C25K and 1.1 with my dogs.

Two and a half miles this afternoon. 12 push-up/planks this evening.
6.5 miles and 24 push-ups total
I did 5.90 miles today...3 this morning and then 2.9 this afternoon walking with my kids.
93.89 miles - 5.90 miles today = 87.99 miles to go :-)
2.3 miles tonight with the dogs. We have to be up at 5am (!) to drive to visit family in Orlando tomorrow (we're trying to beat holiday traffic), so I don't know how much walking I'll fit in tomorrow!
