100 miles = 3.2 miles per day
50 miles = 1.6 miles per day

I haven't added an arm challenge for the month. We can continue with the planks or start something new. Any suggestions?

July 15: 4.08 miles (19.32 - 4.08 = 15.24 miles to go)
July 16: 9.33 miles (15.24 - 9.33 = 5.91 miles to go)
July 17: 6.07 miles (5.91 - 6.07 = -0.16...achieved my 100 mile goal)
Well, I am going to keep walking so I guess I'll see how far I get. Right now I am at 100.16 miles for the month.

My goal is 60 miles in 30 days or 2 miles a day. I started walking on Thursday. I did 4 miles on Thursday, 1 mile on Friday and 2 miles on Saturday. 7 miles down, 53 to go. . .

Two and a half miles today. Halfway there. Unfortunately, I have to average 5 miles/day for the rest of the month to make it.

10 days to go and 108 miles. That's 10.8 miles per day. I really should work harder at the start of a month in which I challenge so many miles. Uh boy ![]()
