July's 100 Mile Walk

Okay, time for another 100 mile walk!  Other distances are welcome (last month ranged from 50 - 175).

Just so you know...

100 miles = 3.2 miles per day

50 miles = 1.6 miles per day

I keep track of my walking through http://www.mapmyrun.com/ , but you can also use a pedometer as well.

Post your mileage whenever you like, and we'll support and motivate each other to keep it up! Good luck everyone!

I haven't added an arm challenge for the month.  We can continue with the planks or start something new.  Any suggestions?

July 15: 4.08 miles (19.32 - 4.08 = 15.24 miles to go)

July 16:  9.33 miles (15.24 - 9.33 = 5.91 miles to go)

July 17:  6.07 miles (5.91 - 6.07 = -0.16...achieved my 100 mile goal)

Well, I am going to keep walking so I guess I'll see how far I get.  Right now I am at 100.16 miles for the month. 

Six miles today.  Twelve push-up/planks

46 miles and 144 push-ups total

My goal is 60 miles in 30 days or 2 miles a day. I started walking on Thursday. I did 4 miles on Thursday, 1 mile on Friday and 2 miles on Saturday. 7 miles down, 53 to go. . .

7/19: 4 miles

Total: 45/75

7/17 - 6 miles / 71 miles total  || goal: 200 miles / 129 miles to go

Two and a half miles today.  Halfway there.  Unfortunately, I have to average 5 miles/day for the rest of the month to make it.

50.5 miles and 156 push-ups total

7/20 - 13 miles / 84 miles total  || goal: 200 miles / 116 miles to go

I walk a minimum of 12 miles per day, so I guess I am at about 240 so far

7/15 - 5 miles

7/16 - 6 miles

7/20 - 5 miles

56.5 total - 43.5 /100

Today I did 2 miles, but I think I'm going to do 4 more before I go to bed. Go me!

Monday 7/13= 3.26 miles

Tuesday 7/14=3.26+1.56+1.25=6.07 miles

Wednesday 7/15=1.5+1.5+3.26=6.26 miles

Thursday 7/16=1.5+1.5+3.26=6.26 miles

Friday 7/17=4 miles

Saturday 7/18=2.5 miles

Sunday 7/19=3.26 miles

Monday 7/20=2.0+3.26=5.26 miles

Total 36.87 miles for the week, 80.21 miles walked so far in July, 19.79 miles to go!!!!

7/21: 5 miles

Total: 50 miles down, 25 to go

Five miles and 12 push-up/planks.

55.5 miles and 168 push-ups total

7/21 - 8 miles / 92 miles total  || goal: 200 miles / 108 miles to go

10 days to go and 108 miles.  That's 10.8 miles per day.  I really should work harder at the start of a month in which I challenge so many miles.  Uh boy Yell

7/22 - 11 miles / 103 miles total  || goal: 200 miles / 97 miles to go

9 days / 97 miles = 10.7 miles per day to reach goal.  This is what I get for taking a mental vacation for 2 weeks of the month.

7/22 - 3 miles (after dinner walk with Mr. Bea...he's gonna walk my short little legs off!)

67.5 total - 32.5 /100

Four and a half miles and 12 push-up/planks.

60 miles and 180 push-ups total (push-up goal reached)
