Am not surprised to see the scale increase a bit. I have been working out for the past 6 weeks really hard and am up to 20+ miles per week of elliptical or treadmill. Even walk/ran yesterday at a 4 mph walk and 5 mph run for a total of 5 mi. We will see what next week says.

Arggh! Ran 5 miles this morning and went to bed two hours earlier than normal yesterday just to avoid "night eating," but the scale is still stuck. I have done well during the day but sort of quit my calorie tally at night, and it obviously shows since I can't budge the scale. It also doesn't help that my husband got laid off this week and I allowed myself a temporary two-day trail mix, brownie mix, captain crunch berries holiday while we made a plan! (-:

Wow, only two more weeks till our Jump into July challenge is up. I can say with almost perfect certainty that I'm not going to make my goal! Not sure how I feel about it, I guess I'm just glad to have lost a few pounds, so I really hope I can get down to at least 117 by the 3rd of July.
