Please no extreme goals for a weight loss, remain reasonable when setting your goal.  It's always better when you reach your goal.

There will be 10 weigh ins, on FRIDAYs. 

**Beginning weight will be your weight on May 1st, not when you sign up.**

Am not surprised to see the scale increase a bit. I have been working out for the past 6 weeks really hard and am up to 20+ miles per week of elliptical or treadmill. Even walk/ran yesterday at a 4 mph walk and 5 mph run for a total of 5 mi. We will see what next week says.

I've been really busy with my sister's wedding (6/26) and trying all kinds of stuff to drop those last pounds, but man it's been hard!! I don't know if I will lose the last 4 in the next two weeks, but I will give it the 'ol college try!!! Down two pounds from last week so I'm happy!

Arggh!  Ran 5 miles this morning and went to bed two hours earlier than normal yesterday just to avoid "night eating," but the scale is still stuck.  I have done well during the day but sort of quit my calorie tally at night, and it obviously shows since I can't budge the scale.  It also doesn't help that my husband got laid off this week and I allowed myself a temporary two-day trail mix, brownie mix, captain crunch berries holiday while we made a plan! (-:

Glad to see that everyone is doing well but I'm not going to make my goal this time as I had too many offtrack eating bouts.  Good luck to all.

June 19:  181........Doing great!!!  I'm not going to make my 168, but atleast now I'm losing weight.  I'm a poet, and didn't know it!!! LOL

Everyone is doing so well!!!  Keep up the great work.  Any little bit you lose is a step towards your goal.  :)  Don't be discouraged by a small loss.

Wow, only two more weeks till our Jump into July challenge is up.  I can say with almost perfect certainty that I'm not going to make my goal!   Not sure how I feel about it, I guess I'm just glad to have lost a few pounds, so I really hope I can get down to at least 117 by the 3rd of July.

June 5 - 153 (there's a chance that i'll make my goal this challenge!)

June 12 - 155 (or not, i'm starting to think that 155 is where my body is happy)
