Motivation has kicked in early this morning and I've eating pretty well all day. Only healthy stuff, not too much. Even though I skipped breakfast (accidentally) which I normally wouldn't do when trying to lose weight. Anyways, I'm now going for my evening run before all the light is gone outside and then I'll go to sleep a healthier person. :)
Oh! I was wondering where you were. I like the new name! Good luck and thanks again :)

Wow. I signed up on 4/23 (post#46) and I was at 277 lbs... That is freakin crazy. Just looking at this, I am grinning ear to ear, but remaining cautiously optomistic that the other shoe will in fact drop, and very hard and loudly...and you will all be here to witness it.
What a difference a week makes

This sounds like fun, and I will enjoy meeting new people (even if just through the internet). Good luck everybody! I am aiming for a modest goal so that I will not be dissapointed.......and 160 will still be my lowest weight since 3 years ago, so I will be very happy if I reach my goal!
I'm really exciting about this challenge. It seems like since I turned 40 I have to work twice as hard to lose weight. Forgot to post weight yesterday.

Hi there! Thought I'd join in. I hope my goal isn't too extreme for you guys, but it should be doable judging by my past info, and percentage-wise it's not that much, really. Anyway, I'd like to lose 30.5 lbs by July 3rd, because then I'll no longer count as morbidly obese, which, honestly, would be the first time I can remember that happening.

I started this challenge and already posted my goal weight. By have a 3 broken bones in my foot and fractured knee (as of 1 1/2 weeks ago). So I think that I set my goal weight alittle high. I'm not sure what to expect with this injury. I still can do some upper body workout, but not alot since I am on crutches and am using my upper body alot to get around. I am also using my right lower body to compensate from my last of movement on my left side. FRUSTRATING !! Does anyone have any ideas as to a good way to exercise with these restriction. Tammy, I know that you are in the same kind of situation. Do you have any recommendations? Thank you for any suggestions you may have. Tammy
