June 10 pound Weight Loss Challenge Continued...Lets try for another 10 in July:)
Hi my name is Jodi. I started a June 10 pound weight loss challenge and would like it to continue into July.
My weight loss journey began May, 2009 and so far I have lost 23 lbs. All due to healthy eating and exercise. Having friends to share your triumphs with and support for those unsuccessful times..has to be one of the best weight loss motivators there is. You never feel alone, because there are others like yourself out there.
So lets get together and become a TEAM to lose 10 pounds in July:)
All you have to do is join and weigh in every Monday. Then at the end of July I will post all the ending weight stats:) Come by everyday with your tips and hints for others or just let us know what is on your mind.

YEA!! Can't wait to start the new challenge. I'm aiming to be in the 130s by August 1st.
Not sure that i'll reach the 10 since I am stil trying to build back a lot of muscle that I lost while recovering from surgery - but i'm going to try hard!!! I'm hoping things will level back off by the end of the month.
10 pounds in July? I think I can do that, count me in. :)

Great idea, Jodi. This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm in...10lbs off for the entire month of July, from whatever my current weight of 258 lbs.

Ok, so for real this time. I'm in again.
Im new my first challenge but i am in!!!! gonna do my best. Here are my stats...
I am 5'5 - 180 ( this is my heaviest) I am looking to drop 30 pounds total (of course not in one month but hopefully before November). I look forward to gettting some fast food weight off.
Count me in! Am my heaviest at 160lb. Am 5'10 and need to lose 12 -14 lb.

My weight is currently 143.8.
I lost 2.8 lbs. last month so my goal this month will be 4-5 lbs. Thanks to the challenge last month, I am now back in the healthy BMI range and I am ecstatic about that!

Hi Jody,
I'd love to try to lose 10lbs. I weigh 132.4 and would like to get to 115. I've lost 20 lbs so far. 12 lbs since I started with CC. I plan to step up my exercise, I think that is the only way I'll come close. This is the motavation I need! I am going on vacation the 3rd to the 10th with no internet access. I'll be psyched to post when I get back!

I am in. It has been a long time since I have done a challenge maybe it will help me get motivated again. I am 5'2" and I wieghed 216.4 as of this morning.
