June 10 pound Weight Loss Challenge Continued...Lets try for another 10 in July:)
Hi my name is Jodi. I started a June 10 pound weight loss challenge and would like it to continue into July.
My weight loss journey began May, 2009 and so far I have lost 23 lbs. All due to healthy eating and exercise. Having friends to share your triumphs with and support for those unsuccessful times..has to be one of the best weight loss motivators there is. You never feel alone, because there are others like yourself out there.
So lets get together and become a TEAM to lose 10 pounds in July:)
All you have to do is join and weigh in every Monday. Then at the end of July I will post all the ending weight stats:) Come by everyday with your tips and hints for others or just let us know what is on your mind.

10lbs would be amazing.. but have been stuck at 183/184 for 3wks now so if i can get to 179 by the end of the month i'll be pleased :-D

So what kind of exercises if any are people doing? I'll be taking another stab at ChaLEAN Extreme. Jodi, weren't you doing this too?

Im doing a one hour step class tonight. Feeling quite positive on day one!
I'm mowing the backyard this evening, and running around like a crazy person looking for all the last minute items needed for my sister's 4th of July party. ![]()

Hello Jodi! Count me in the July weight loss challenge. Since I got back from Hawaii, I've gained 3 lbs from 127 to 130. Now, I am back at 130 and can't wait to lose 10 lbs.

judy_..slimfit29...still plugging away at Chalean Extreme. Today I did a 45 minute work out of Turbo jam Fat Blaster and Turbo jam Kickin Core with the exercise ball and I did 3T which is resistance band work..then I passed out..lol:) Tomorrow will be chalean extreme:)
Well two months ago I would turn on a turbo jam dvd and do 10 minutes and that was all I could do...never thought I would see the day that I could do more. Now that I am eating healthy..I sure do have more energy. I know we can all do it:)
I'm definately in again! Lost 8.5 pounds in the June challenge so hopefully can continue this month. I will weight in again later today as it is only 3am here in the UK.
