Information for participants:
- Weigh ins are every Sunday. (June 1, 8, 15 and 22, and 29) If you are unable to post on that day, please do so as soon as possible. If you do not weigh in for 2 weeks, your name will be removed from the participant list.
- Please make a new post for each weigh in, copying and pasting your previous week's info. This helps keep us current, and also bumps the thread.
- You can also tell us about yourself (your height, start weight, age, goal weight, your program, and so on) to encourage other people to get to know you and maybe make some new friends!

Agn! I have just started my Summer vacation and am ....not sticking with my diet. My goal per day is between 1200 to 1300 calories a day and today I entered it all in and almost cried when the number 1750 popped up! I definitely need to depend upon only labeled things in order to achieve my goal. So slim-fast and healthy snacks and water it is! No more going out with friends and having "just some of this", or "just a bit of this".

I really want to slim down as much as I can by the end of July. I will be vacationing with my parents and my boyfriend and his parents so the pressure is on! I am 5 7 and last time a weighed myself I was 141 but I work at a job where i sit most of the time and can eat whatever I want, which is really tough. My goal is to stay more movtivated at work so I do not sit and eat junk food the whole time. Good Luck everyone!

i'm a college student and have terrible eating habits at school. im hoping this summer i can loose about 20 lbs so we'll see! major set back - i just turned 21 so i'm constantly being asked to go to the bars, etc. hopefully the next weigh in will bring good news!

okay, my weight loss has definitely slowed over the past two months. 8 lbs is a very TALL order, but I hope to weigh 170 by July 11th (when I'm going on a bachelorette weekend to LA). I figure, it's summer and I'll have more time to devote to working out and planning/making my meals. So June is the month to kick-start this weight loss back up again!
