Welcome to the **June** Challenge!
If you’ve participated before, welcome back for another month! To all those who have not done this challenge (or any other) welcome aboard newbies!
The challenge is pretty easy & does NOT require a long term commitment. You pick a goal weight, and post your progress each week. You are NOT in competition with the other challengers—in fact, you are encouraged to cheer each other on. This is about having a reason to stay motivated throughout the month’s weight loss journey and having a place to post your progress to help you stay on track--some "extra" accountability for your actions because you know you aren't the only one who will "see" the results.
We'll have 4 weekly weigh in's in June. I will not put weight data on the spread sheet until you report your weight info for the first weigh in. Our weekly weigh-in dates are June 7, 14, 21 & 28 with a final weigh in on June 30, 2009.
Yes, weigh in days are on a Sunday...and this was a conscious move on my part--normally keeps me on track for the weekend.
I will normally post results by Tuesday—I will NOT email you to remind you to post.

I had a catastrophic failure last Month but I'm back this month and more motivated than ever. I actually really started this past Wednesday and I'm feeling great. Last time I'd weighed myself I was 146 and today 143.6 YAY! I think that's where I was at the begining of May so basically I undid the damage I did in the begining of May. Thanks for keeping the monthly Challenges going ![]()
