kashi U

This one is good too... I'm currently putting 1/4 cup + 1/4 cup fiber one into some yogurt for a mid-morning snack.

Nommy!

ETA: No, I'm not a spokesperson for kashi, they have just been out of my kashi go lean at the grocery store for the past month. So I'm having to find something new to put in my yogurt!

I like their cookies.  They are kinda calorific, but they're filling and taste good.

And the Golean Crunch, holy cow, I love that stuff.

You found something that works for you, why not share the good findings.

I know!  That cereal is dangerous.  I bought it once a few weeks ago and hubby and I polished it off in two days!

ETA: and their pumpkin pie bars?  TO DIE FOR.

I liked it, taste-wise, but it is TOO crunchy!! It hurt my teeth!

I like the granola bars too. Haven't gotten to try them all yet!

:) Kashi always does it!

I'm not a spokesperson either, but Kashi is just too dang good to keep silent!  I even have a journal entry on the lastest Kashi product I have tasted.

I love Kashi.

I didn't have anything to bring for lunch today (I usually have a few supplementary snacks in there) so i took some of my mom's TLCs (tasty little crackers).  I got original.  They tasted like cardboard.  Wheat Thins, please!

Try the Asiago Cheese TLC's, they're MUCH better!

I like it, too, but it gives me gas.....(TMI).....on days I don't care, I mix it with trail mix - yummy!

Honestly, I am not that much of a kashi fan. Their cereals taste very sugary to me. I prefer muesli, and most brands I buy are cheaper too.
