they're all good.

Get the Kashi Go Lean Crunch. The regular Go Lean really is cardboard disguised as cereal, so make sure you get the crunch. And KGLC is really REALLY good with fresh strawberries. The black cherry TLC bars by Kashi are tasty too.

Good Luck!

From what I've read about other posters they normally eat the Kashi GO Lean crunch.  It has like 9g protein it it and 8g fiber.  I think don't quote me, but i think so.  I like granola and this one isn't so bad.  You could proably take a chance and go over to traders joes and try their version of the  Go Lean crunch...pretty tasty.  Just a side note...Do you like Luna/Cliff bars.  I had my first Luna bar a couple days ago.  It was the Caramel Chocolate Brownie one...OMG!  IT was so nice and rich and only 190 calories.  I usually go for the EAS carb control but this one was lower in calories and really hit the spot.  I had been craving brownies.  okay, so back to the cereal...if you like crunchy stuff try the granola, but if you like a lighter option try the honey puffs.  I used to love these as a kid, my big sis used to get sample sof them all the time.  They remind of of Smacks(rmember the one with the frog on the box)

People say the Original taste like cardboard, but I don't think it does.  Meh, people are spoiled with taste.  Crunch is the way to go if you really are picky about flavors, though.  And $4 a box?  There's always a special at either Kroger, Publix, or Wal-Mart where I live where it's two for $5 or something.

Don't dis the other Kashi stuff, either... I love hard to chew food :)

if you don't like hard to chew food don't by kashi go lean crunch

although it tastes good, it must soak in milk for at least 10 minutes befrore i can even think about chewing it my jaw hurst so bad

Yeah, the kashi granola bars are good if you get a good box. If there at all old, or if there is any tiny hole in the plastic/foil wrapper, they go stale so fast and get rock hard, especially the peanut butter flavor. As an alternative the fiber one granola bars have lots of fiber, but they're a lot softer to chew. Kashi golean crunch is like chewing pebbles at first.
Kashi honey puffed cereal is good and low cal. Great with strawberries!
i really like the kashi go lean crunch honey almond flax.

thanks to all!

Yeah about those bars... you pay 5$ for a box of granola bars, and then you have to pay to get your teeth fixed... they should at least put some sort of coupons in those boxes... "$10 off your next dental appointment"... or something
I have Kashi Golean Crunch in the morning. I love it! What I do is put 3/4 cup in a seperate little bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds. It softens it a bit and makes it much easier to chew. Since I mix it in yogurt and not milk, I don't mind that it is slightly warm.
I used to think the same thing about the regular Golean but now ive just gotten used to it and also I add a drizzle of honey, mabye you can try that?
I can't tolerate any of it.  I tried it for a while and thought it tasted like cardbeard.  I got so bloated I was miserable.    I ended up having to get a laxative, and have never eaten it since,

Those must be the crunchy ones (which I've never tried), because the chewy ones are delish! I love the cherry chocolate chip ones.

Warning:  I have a "Kashi cabinet," the entire contents of which is NOT covered here.  Surprised

Ha, yeah, what peaches said.  The GLC is rather, ummm, crunchy.  Tongue out  For me, the original GLC does seem slightly less crunchy and a bit more light and crispy than the honey/almond/flax.  I never thought I'd like any "regular" flavor better than the H/A/F flavor, but in this case, I do.  I love them both, but the original seems to fly out of here faster than the other.  The GoLean is rather bland just with a very slight sweetness, but not in every component.  There are several different shapes, textures, and grain components in the GL, and not every one of them is sweet, so it balances out into a slightly sweet cereal, that I most enjoy mixed half and half with another cereal, such as GLC!  I also like the Heart to Heart Bran Flake/Blueberry Clusters.  Again, the bran flakes are balanced out by a slight sweetness of blueberry/granola clusters.  The flakes are very light and crispy but still manage to have a substantial thickness to them, which I love!

The Autumn Wheat is good but not very sweet and IS like chewing bricks unless you let it sit in milk for a few minutes.  However, there's a really short ingred. list on there, with the primary ingred. being whole wheat, so yeah, dress it up, sweeten it up, and soften it up, throw in some fruit, and you're good to go.  It's really good with a little raw sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on, though.

The bars?  For me, the bars they call "crunchy" are chewy and the "chewy" bars are crunchy!  I love the chewy bars but not so much the crunchy ones (meaning the "energy" ones, not the "breakfast" ones).  If you want to really gnaw on a bar for awhile, try the Roll! bars.  They're great for limiting intake because, if you're able to get through one, your jaws are too tired to want anything else! Tongue out They are very tasty, though, and very satisfying from a "sink your teeth into it" perspective.

The crackers?  Ugh, not for me.  I LOVE Kashi products, all except the crackers, which are all like tasteless cardboard to me.  I've tried nearly all of them.

The Good Friends cereal?  Where's the GRANOLA?  I sure can't find it in my box.  I also like the Honey Puffs but wouldn't consider eating them as a meal.  I mix them with a higher fiber/protein content cereal and maybe throw in a few almonds, too.  The Honey Puffs also make delicious "crispy rice" treats.  HTH Honey Toasted, also a lot like slightly sweet cardboard, but it can grow on you.  Not horrible, although my toddler did yell "puppy food!" when I first poured some into a bowl.  I had to admit, he was right.

New:  Cocoa Beach granola!  OMG!  Chocolate granola clusters with nuts, seeds, and coconut flakes.  Delicious.  Worth every penny AND calorie.  But, I also don't do this as a meal, rather as a snack or a sprinkled topping for yogurt or oatmeal, etc.  As with most granola, pretty small portion size, pretty big calorie "price" tag.

My favorites:  GLC, both flavors.  HTH Blueberry Clusters.  They have one called Mighty Bites that are also very good and very "pure" in flavor, geared towards kids, a fun cereal in little people shapes, honey graham flavored, very slightly sweet.  I had to order it from Kashi directly, though.  The 7-grain pilaf rules!  My local store stopped carrying it, and I am bummed!  I need to order some more.

Why are you looking to have kashi?  For the combo of fiber and protein?  Or you just really want Kashi even though you didn't seem to really like the previous things you've tried?  If you are looking for cereal with fiber and protien try fiber 1 caramel delight.  It tastes better and goes down easier than any Kashi I've tried.  I find their products to be very overrated- and often not as healthy as they make themselves out to be.  Ever seen their frozen pizzas?  They are almost 1000 calories per pizza!  Even if you have half you likely won't be full and you'll still have had 400-500 calories!  The cereals aren't very lo-cal either.  I think the fiber 1 is the clear choice, less calories and more fiber.

jdbcmt, I had to laugh about your Kashi cabinet. I'm such a huge Kashi fan that when I go to the States (maybe once a year), I have to go to a grocery store or Target so I can stock up on the flavours we don't have in Canada! I had so much stuff last time, the girl at Target asked me if I was having a party! I felt like a bit of a fatty when I said they were all for me... haha.

I really want to try the frozen pizzas but I never have a microwave or freezer at my disposal :(

Personal Kashi favourites: Ranch TLC crackers, Party crackers, Chocolate chip cherry chewy bars, honey puffed cereal (with soy milk & strawberries!), GoLean Crunchy bars (I've only had two kinds... I NEED to find the coffee cake and chocolate pretzel ones!) and the Kashi Cookies were ok but I could only find the Trail Mix kind... I'd love to try the chocolate chip oatmeal ones.
As for cereals, I'm a big fan of the 7 Whole Grain Flakes.

I second xzcandizx!  The Fiber One Caramel Delight is the BEST!  It tastes like Cinnamon Toast Crunch!  My kids and I fight over it because at $4.50 a box I don't let them eat it.

Also, Kashi makes a very good granola.  I buy it at BJ's Wholesale Club for $8 a box...but the box is HUGE and it lasts for MONTHS.  I put a 1/4 cup on top of my yogurt every day.
