crunch for yogurt parfaits (!) and honey for breakfast... delish!

There is no Cinnamon Harvest for Kashi's GOLEAN! line.

There's GOLEAN! and GOLEAN!Crunch.

For GOLEAN!Crunch, there's original and Honey Almond Flax.

I like the crunch, honestly.  Either flavor.

I go back and forth, though, between the two.


But I love them with vanilla yogurt!  MMMM.

I can't buy the CRUNCH... its like crack.. I will eat the whole box, lol.  I buy GOLEAN, for some reason I don't binge on it, and its less cals and sugar... I stir it in yogurt all the time :)

Crunch.  Yes it's pretty much like crack.  I MUST ALWAYS use the measuring cup because I'll fill a gallon bowl if I just pour straight from the box.

personally though, my favourite kashi cereal is the cinnamon raisin one they have in the good friends line. Kashi U rocks too! xD

Just regular Kashi Go Lean (I eat way too much cereal so I need to cut back on higher sugar cereals, even natural sugars)

My fav Kashi cereal though is Vive, I feel like it doesnt get the promotion it deserves, very unique blend with yummy yogurt balls!!
