Kashi GoLean
So after hearing so much about it on here I finally gave in and got some kashi go lean cereal. and I was NOT dissapointed, I love it! Anyone else fans?
I had it with soymilk but I think next i'm going to have to try it with a little fage yogurt. Any other ideas?
make a fruit and yogurt parfait type thing with the granola in it....YUM.
I have been eating it in yogurt. Its tolerable. I don't love it yet.
I do love it...I think I've had it for breakfast almost everyday this week. And something about the the vanilla of vanilla silk and the cinnamon-y flavor of the cereal is FANTABULOUS! But too, I just love anything cinnamon-y and crunchy. And using it as granola in yogut is great too!
I just tried it less than a half hour ago! I put a half cup in a cup of vanilla ff yogurt. Ate it for lunch. 200 calories of yummy goodness. Had a 100 cal pack of almonds afterwards for a grand total of a 300 calorie lunch. Super good. Super filling. ![]()
i eat it for breakfast, i usually have it dry. this is because w/ milk in my cereal i can eat it in 2 seconds flat and i usually reach for another bowl.
mmm i'm definitely loving the idea of the yogurt granola parfait. yum yum.
And Jenny8484, I totally know what you mean when you say you eat it so fast with milk. Maybe i'll try it dry as well because that is definitely a problem of mine as well.
if you add kashi to a cup of yogurt and leave it for an hour or two, it becomes creamy mixture esp if you add fruit. I feel like eating an ice cream.

I Buy the Golean Crunch, and put 1/4 cup over 2 Yoplait Source Vanilla Tango cups. The yogurts are 35 cals each, and the Crunch is 58 cals per 1/4 cup. All together it's 128 cals, 1g fat, 2.5g protein!!
I love it sooo much - I think I'll have some right now ![]()
