Kashi Honey Sunshine
I just discovered this. Its like waffles & syrup. DELICIOUS!!
I haven't tried it in yogurt yet, just by the handfull and in milk. They were out of my Kashi Go Lean.
Ooh, waffles and syrup? I MUST try it! Thanks for sharing!
I've only tried Kashi Go Lean, Original and Almond Flax. I really liked the Almond Flax better of all.
Cinnamon Harvest is also on my list to try.
So yummy right!? ![]()
I'd love to make some sort of rice krispie-like treat with them, but I'm no good at making my own recipes.
20g sugar per 100g of cereal..... 'organic evaporated cane juice syrup', 'honey', 'evaporated cane juice crystals' .... that's a lot of sugar.....

Ok... one serving is 30 grams. So, of course, more than 3 servings will make the sugar content high!!
HOney Sunshine lights up my life <3

I was referring to the percentage of sugar not the serving size. 20g per 100g of any foodstuff means 20% of that product is sugar.... that's pretty high.
