This was started because a few of us that need to lose a lot of weight need to make a concentrated effort to follow our plans.  We need others to be involved so that we are accountable for every calorie that goes into our bodies and to make sure every opportunity we have to be active is not wasted.  This is our time for success, to be the healthy and fit individuals we know we can be.
