hey come check out my keeping accountable group.  its a good one to do in conjunction with this group.  we could have a lot of fun.  I have to say this group is great for feedback if you have a question or concern.  Keeping accountable is good for organizing your plan of action.  So both together give you a great all around experience.

This is a great idea, I'm in!!

My name is Violet, I live in AZ, and I'm 48yrs old, 5'0" and when I started in CC a week ago, I was 175 lbs.

Today I am 170.8. I keep my calories at 1200 and I am working out a light aerobics 4 times a week for 30 minutes.

My goal is to increase the workouts to 6 times a week, with an advanced aerobic plan, and my final goal is 115 lbs, I'm hoping by my next wedding anniversary which will be July 25, 2010. But it might be too soon to be healthy, but will continue until I reach my goal!!

I thought I posted here before..oh well I'll just do it again

I'm Megan and I live in TX, just turned 31, I'm 5'4.

I started CC Nov. 15 and was 218.

Today I'm 213. My calories are at 1600 currently and I "run" three days a week on the couch to 5k program. I do 3 days of yoga as well.

I'm off to a good start!

OMG I totally blew my diet for 2 days and I feel so guilty. I probably gained back all the weight I lost last week. I'm still doing my exercises and did a little extra due to my over eating, but I'm sure it wasn't enough. ARGH!!! I hate Thanksgiving leftovers!!!

2 days is nothing, don't worry about it so much! So you gain back 1 weeks worth of weight - not a big deal, you know you can lose it again. Thanksgiving is going to exist the rest of your life, every year. Ginormous dinners are gonna happen :)

I thought left over desserts would be my down fall - turns out it was the mac and cheese. I planned for it still, but wow, my body isn't happy!

Give it another day and start tossing stuff out, or today even.

Hi,

Today I'm 167.3 As long as the scale keeps going south, it doesn't matter that is going slower than I want to. Actually I'm in no hurry, I did not put 60 lbs on in a weekend, Have a great weekend guys,
