Keeping Up with the Kardashians

OK, I'm probably going to get laughed at for even watching this show. And believe me when I first started watching it last season I even surprised myself, but it caught me in and now it's one of my guilty pleasures. Heh.

Anyway, I really enjoyed last night's episode. (3/22/09) Dealing with Khloe (the youngest and tallest sister.) and her insecurities with her body and her deciding on posing naked for a PETA "I rather go naked then wear fur" campaign poster. It also dealt with Kim's shopping addiction. (Ha Ha.) but I'm mainly posting about Khloe's problem. It was a really touching episode in a way or at least one I can relate to. I even almost teared up a few times. (more embarrassment. Lmao!) It just shows that these celebrities do read some of these celebrity bloggers words and the comments people give and their feelings can get hurt.

I couldn't believe the nerve Bruce Jenner had to tell her to lose weight either! Ugh! Though The Soup was on later commenting on the episode and Joel Mchale made a joke about Bruce sitting down on the couch the time he made the comment and said something along the lines that Bruce was sitting there so long that his skin was attached to the back of it to make him look like he had less wrinkles or something. HA HA.

Anyway, to know Khloe had the courage to do the campaign was really encouraging for all women to embrace themselves and she even said she may never have a body like Eva Mendes and she said she probably never will, but she embraces and loves herself just the way she is.

Well I'll stop rambling...but man this whole thing is like a major embarrassment. Ha Ha..but does anyone else watch this show? Any thoughts on the episode I was talking about?

i agree, it was great of her to do that and that saggy old fart had no right to say anything. I am bummed about how much their airbrushed the photo though, i doubt it needed that much.

I love this show.Last nights eposide was the best.I think her body looks great.I agree that her photo didn't need all the airbrushing.

She posed for peta? no wonder. I always thought she looked like a dog.

This show is seriously staged!! Sadly I do find myself watching it often though...
