Wow! I just discovered Kellogg's All-Bran Fiber Drink Mix! The ice tea is fantastic! 10g of fiber in each serving too! Now that's good stuff!

how many calories?
Haha funny story I bought the mix, b/c I hate water and love fiber, well I liked the mix too much one day and had 3 packets, in addition to my daily Kashi Go Lean and Big salad at lunch, yea I had about 60 grams of fiber that day!
It lists 20 calories on the packet I believe
I Love that stuff!!!
I drink it every morning...pink lemonade is good too!!
;) I switched to All Bran from Benefiber because it has sucralose instead of aspartme! Good stuff.
