2 egg whites
2 tbs sour cream
4 tbs water
1 pinch of splenda
1 pinch of cinnamon

  1. grind flax seeds in coffee grinder to make flax meal add to a bowl of remaining ingredients and blend together

  2. use waffle griddle or a flat griddle for pancakes
