move, clean eating, will power.
Eat small meals five or six times a day. Forgive myself if I eat too much one day and don't let it hold me back the next day. Make room for treats. Stay active.
running hills, pushups
bonus word: soreness
consistency, consistency, consistency
stick to it
frequent healthy meals
Anything in moderation
Water, Fiber, Greens
Keep mouth shut
Move from table (kitchen, stove, refridgerator, etc)
Move your body
1 day at a time... OK thats 4 and one number does it still count.. LOL![]()
