For those of you who have lost or are losing, what do you think is the key to your success in 3 words or less?

1. My goal is to gain weight
2. I want to look healthy.(People think I take drugs because I'm skinny.LOL)
and
3. I don't care what I eat now as long its healthy and doesn't kill me. Feeding our stomach is more important.

coach K - "anything in moderation" is definitely true - took me a while to admit it, but portion control is key! In fact, I didn't truly start to see results until I accepted this. In the end, it made weight loss easier, because I didn't have to avoid any foods, I just had to become smarter about how much of and how often I ate certain foods.
mommakitty - "keeping mouth shut" is defintely a part of being successful at weight loss, LOL:)

I agree with nearly all of those! The exception being the second - I find that whole (sprouted) grains and most fruits don't do damage like white bread and refined sugars, bleh. I never knew there was another human being who was as obsessed with bell peppers as I am, hahah. I probobly have one or two daily!
