Kfc Style Cole Slaw Recipe

Makes 16 servings


A sweet cole slaw as good as KFC's. No shredded carrots but youre welcome to add them.

Ingredients
16 cups shredded cabbage
3 T onion
1/2 c Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
1/4 c skim milk
1/4 c buttermilk
3 T vinegar
1/3 c Splenda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. Mix cabbage and onions, set aside.

  2. Wisk light mayonnaise into milk.

  3. Mix in Splenda, salt and pepper.

  4. Pour mixture of cabbage mix, stirring thoroughly to complete saturate.

  5. Refridgerate 2 hours.
