kickboxing
hi everyone.
me and my friends want to sign up for a kickboxing class once a week. ive always wanted to try something fun and new like that. the classes are an hour.
so my problum is, i dont want to lose the calories. does anyone have any suggestions on like drinks, or stuff i should eat before or after my class so i make up the calories lost.

what is your bmi ? i only ask this as i wouldnt recommend this if your bmi is very low .
if you do decide to do it i woud suggest things likes pasta carbs and banana s before hand then something like a protein shake after
I agree with tessa cause you don't want an injury or broken bone or worse. This can be a long term goal though. How many calories are you eating now? I think too it is more then just adding in calories but will this start the cycle of too much exercise? Will it start 1 day a week and then 2,3,4 etc?
no it will be only once a week.
and i think ill be able to do it.
i have like 2,000 cal a day.
i just dont know what to have before or after my class to not lose the calories.
What is your height/weight? If under already you are undereating so to add exercise to this is not a good move. First I encourage you to get up to 2500 consistent and then if your doctor feels it is ok to do this class then to see.
