my kid is cooler than yours.

she is absolutely HILARIOUS.  i thought it'd be funny to post some of the funny things that our little kids say and do.

i have a three year old who HAS to be the coolest kid i've ever met.  (as i'm sure everyone thinks that of their own rotten fruit from the womb.)

i'll start with some funny things she has said in the last couple of days....feel free to add yours.

after she bumps her head and comes running to me crying hysterically...she blurts out, "MY BRAIN IS BROKEN!!"

yesterday, a friend of mine called my house and my daughter answered the phone.  my friend kept asking for me, and little binky baby says, "HOLD ON.  I'M ON MY HAMBURGER PHONE."  then she shakes the phone, and puts it back to her ear and says, "OK.  I'M BACK."  then she finally forks over the phone.  (this will only be funny to the people who have seen JUNO because that is where that line comes from.)

yesterday, we were walking down the road, and she sees where they've spray painted markings on the road and she says, "I THINK THAT SAYS B.F. I LOVE YOU."  (she meant p.s. i love you...her new favorite movie.)

what funny things do your kids say and do?

My seven year old son said last week "My head feels like it weighs a thousand pounds!!"   (he was developing a head cold at the time, so I'm sure it did, but it sounded funny)

That's too cute about her brain being broken.

My 9 year old was studying the 50 states and capitals.  She ran out of her room and said "Mom!  I can't find Canada on this list!"

My then 6 year old DD was telling me about her trip to the zoo.  She said that the best thing she saw were the Bamboos.  She ment baboons.

My 7 year old (then 6) told me and my 10 year old (then 8) that her teacher was having a baby.  My 8 year old asked what she was having.  My 6 year old responded, "A baby!  Duh!"

My 13 year old looked at me the other day while I was getting dressed and said "Mom, you know what, you look really great!" then she paused and said "I mean like for someone your age ... someone who's old".  By the way, I'm 31.  LOL

I just had my second little girl 6 weeks ago today.  I was breast feeding for about the first 5 weeks and my 2 year old didn't quite know what to think about it at first.  She was in the grocery store with my husband though, and felt inclined to tell the cashier "Emmy's at home drinkin' the boobie!"  I was reaaaaaally glad I wasn't there, because I would have had to crawl into a hole or something!!  LOL!Embarassed
