What Kind of Cereal do YOU like?

Quote  |  Reply

What kind of cereal is in your house right now? Do you eat only one serving at a time?

I have two boxes. One is Barbara's Shredded Spoonfuls and another is Trader Joe's Organic Morning Lite. Both are wonderful. I actually have learned to use measuring cups so I know how many calories I am consuming. Sometimes I have 1/2 a serving of each so that I can enjoy both flavors. Sometimes I also buy Kashi's Autumn Wheat in bulk (three boxes in one carton) but not this week.

I love cereal, don't you? One way I have learned to cut calories in the morning is cutting the milk for my cereal in half.

Cereal is my weakness lol. I could really live off of it [=

I love Honey Bunches of Oats and Reeses Peanut Butter Puffs cereal ( i have them both in my house right now )

i also love cap'n crunch hehe.

I have Kashi Go Lean, Uncle Sam, Bob's Red Mill 5-grain plus Flax , Cheerios, and oatmeal.

I stick with the serving sizes (but I don't eat the Cheerios much -- I would probably eat a double serving)

I love cereal, with or without milk, oatmeal raw

I pretty much eat different versions of Total, Honey Cluster one and the Raisin Bran one. It's like taking a vitamin and it tastes good. I usually have a regular size bowl so it's probably a cup to a cup and a half and use fat free milk with it.

Usually throw in some fresh almonds on top as well. Otherwise I eat whole wheat english muffins with fat free yogurt or Oatmeal for breakfast.

Kashi Go Lean

Kashi 7 grain Honey Puffs

Kashi Healthy Heart

Trader Joe's High Fiber Frosted Multigrain cereal

(and I eat them all with 1/2 cup of unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze ... just 20 calories for 1/2 cup!)

And I always sprinkle ground flax seed on top.

Sometimes I add raspberries or a 1/2 banana, too.

All I have is oatmeal and some granola.

Kelloggs All Bran Guardian - yummy!.  DH likes Honey Nut Cheerios and Spoon Size Shredded Wheat.

Always with berries and sometimes sliced banana.

i have all bran buds and kashi go lean. i never eat them with milk. rather i like to put 1/4 cup of either in my cottage cheese, yogurt or oatmeal. lasts a while too.
There's no cereals I don't like, but right now I have Lucky Charms and All Bran Guardian [which sort of looks like cat food, and according to my uncle tastes like it too, but I like fibrous tasting cereals]

Bolded ones = AMAZING ! I grew up with Froot Loops, lived on Special K for a while. XP

Fiber One, Health Valley Oat Flakes, Trader Joe's Strawberry Yogurt-O's, assorted Cheerios, Total, a few different kinds of granola... and then a bunch of different kinds of oatmeal--plain, Nature Valley (assorted), Quaker Lower Sugar...

I'll usually have 1/3 cup (or 1 packet, depending on the type) of oatmeal with my choice of garnishes (pumpkin, apple, etc) or I'll mix an assortment of cereals (Fiber One, Oat Flakes, Strawberry-O's) in with some Greek or regular plain nonfat yogurt. Those times, I don't measure, I just take little handfuls, but it probably adds up to around 1/2 cup or so.

My favourite cold cereals are Kashi GoLean (but not GoLean Crunch), Kashi Good Friends, Kashi 7 Grain Puffs, and General Mills Fiber One.

I love all Hot Cereals but these are some of my favourites, Red River, Irish Oats, Oatmeal, Cream of Wheat.

Healthy cereals bore be to death. I'm not a big cereal eater (I dont like milk), but once in a while I'll grab a box of something yummy!

Honey Bunches of Oats

Frosted Mini Wheats

Life (has been my favorite since I was a baby)

Fruit Loops

EVERYTHING!

but without milk, milk makes cereal soggy and eurgh, i like mine dry, yummm.

i could actually live off cereal, buying a factory sounds like quite a good plan ;) hahaha x

Cheerios, with milk, but throw in some Kashi: Go Lean because it stays crunchy longer, and adds a little sweetness.

That or Multi-grain cheerios, one of the grains tastes sweeter than the other, but darned if I know which one!
