Kix Cereal
There's no way I'd consider that binging.... or unhealthy. Binging is an EXTREME overeating, kind of uncontrollably stuffing yourself past full, and typically with really high calorie/fat foods.
Personally, I think Kix is a "healthy" cereal - like Cheerios, and only about 100 calories per cup dry. & Most people do eat more than the recommend "cup" servings of cereal - since a cup really isn't that much.
So thats a pretty low cal "binge" if you want to call it that. Now if you couldn't stop yourself and ate the whole jumbo sized family box in one sitting then that would probably be considered a binge.
& just remember there's still about 4 million worse things to eat! I say eat your Kix and enjoy them.

Bingeing is being out of control, you eat and eat and eat until you make yourself SICK, not a little uncomfortable. I use to be bulimic trust me I know what it feels like to eat and eat until you have to get ill from it. Even a mild binge is much more out of control then just two cups of a healthy cereal.
Now if it was Peanut butter crunch and you realized after an hour you had eaten most of a family box or even half then it would be a binge (been there done that)
Dont be so hard on yourself, and trust me most people probably dont eat just a serving (3/4 to 1 cup depending on the cereal)
Dont let yourself become so obsessed with dieting that it controls every aspect of your life and you live in fear of an extra 100 calories every minute of every day. Soon it hopefully becomes second nature so that you can let yourself have a little more or a little less instinctually.
Food has controlled my life all my life one way or another, addiction to eating or addiction to dieting it is all disordered thinking and you can control it if you try.
NOT TO SAY YOU ARE ADDICTED... just saying dont let yourself get that way cause it is easy to do.
