I know it's bad, but...
I've got my activity set at light activity - mainly because I walk to and back from college, which is 2.5 miles away, Monday to Friday, and I don't log it - plus I'm on me feet a bit in the house. For the past few days, my calorie intake has been more than I would like it to be [and I'm going to work on why from tomorrow], so I thought I would log the Rosemary Cloney aerobics I did today - I don't usually because it is only around ten minutes.
Well, the activity thing said I only burnt off 73 calories. I looked at my burn and food meter, and the food one was going to exceed the burn one. That made me feel a bit bad, so I logged the walking time to balance it out.
I know, technically, that I've probably logged it twice, but I needed some ray of light after a bad day... ![]()
On the plus side, the maths exam went very well - hopefully 95%+!!!!
Hey, don't worry about those calories,... it's only a few calories, not MANY !!!
Congratulations on the maths exam! :)

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
