I love food surveys.

fruits: it's summer fruit season, so a big variety, but my favorites are peaches and plums at the moment.

veggies: I buy a lot of veggies.  Broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus (if price is not exorbitant), green beans, lettuce, spinach, celery, cucumbers, red bell peppers, mushrooms, the occasional corn on the cob, onions, summer squash, artichokes, I'm leaving some out.

meat: n/a

chips: don't buy

pretzels: don't buy

cereal: Kashi Go Lean Crunch

dairy: greek yogurt

icecream: don't buy

soup: don't buy, make my own

frozen meal/pizza: don't buy

bakery item: see bread next item

bread: 9 Grain sliced loaf and when I can find it, Whole Foods Raisin Pecan loaf.  Also whole wheat pitas.

bar (ex. chewy,powerbar): Perfect Foods Peanut Butter protein bar

drink: don't buy

spread: don't buy

nuts: raw almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pine nuts

cake mix: don't buy

cookie mix: don't buy

crackers: every once in a while will buy a box of Rainforest brand  Rosemary Raisin crackers

dip: hummus

salad dressing: don't buy

bagel/english muffin: don't buy

candy: dark chocolate

fruits: Bananas and maybe strawberries if on sale and I find a good batch. Oh and blueberries too

veggies: Bagged spinach, maybe a bell pepper or 2, cucumbers, baby carrots, maybe an eggplant depending on price and quality lol

meat: Boca burgers, some kind of morningstar fake meat, maybe a box of Quorn naked cutlets

chips: Baked lays sour cream and cheddar

pretzels: Snieder's mini pretzel twists

cereal: Not too big on cereal anymore but I'd say maybe a box of Total or Rice Chex

dairy: Dannon light and fit, fat free shredded cheese, fat free cottage, light string cheese, fat free cheese slices

icecream: any kind of Edy's slow churned

soup: Campbell's light italian veggie or light southwestern veggie

frozen meal/pizza: an amy's burrito, some of the healthy choice meals, kashi frozen pizzas the Mediterranean one

bakery item: I tend to try and stay clear of the bakery

bread: Nickles light wheat bread

bar (ex. chewy,powerbar): Chex mix bars or Luna Bars

drink: Diet pop of some sort, Sobe life water zero

spread: Does fat free cream cheese count? Lol

nuts: raw almonds or cashews

cake mix: I hate cake so I don't buy it ha

chips: as in chips=crisps? I dont eat them

pretzels: Never buy them!

cereal: Shredded wheat or oatmeal

dairy: Yogurt (plain)

soup: I rarely buy it but if I did I like vegetable soup, minnestrone, something like a tuscan bean soup, ohhh and how could I forget chicken noodle!

frozen meal/pizza: Hmmm Tesco do a nice salmon and potato steam meal, they are a bit stingy on the salmon though.

bakery item: umm bread? I dont really use the bakery to be honest.

bread: Hovis Wholemeal Country Granary, I like all wholemeal types of bread but this ones particulary nice it has seeds in it.

bar (ex. chewy,powerbar): Trek bars

drink: Green tea/Chai tea

spread: never use it

nuts: almonds, pistachio or soya nuts

cake mix: dont use it

cookie mix: dont use it

crackers: never really buy crackers, I did recently buy some Food Doctor spelt crackers though.

dip: Salsa

salad dressing: Salad cream, I love the stuff.

bread: depends on what I'm using it for...everything requires a different kind of bread or wrap

dairy:  I get Silk unsweetened soymilk and Blue Diamond unsweetened almond milk if that counts

icecream:  no clue I never buy this.

soup:  La Madeliene or Wolfgang Puck's tomato basil soup OMG soooo good

frozen meal/pizza:  I don't ever buy these but I've heard Amy's brand is good?

bakery item:  Fresh whole wheat tortillas

bread:  Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Sugar Free

bar (ex. chewy,powerbar):  I don't buy these

drink:  Usually drink water from the tap, but occasionally we buy Crystal light mixes, Coke Zero or beer

spread:  Smart balance

nuts:   I buy em all and mix em up in a jar.

cake mix:  I don't do mixes.  I don't really do cakes either.

cookie mix:  see above.  (I've actually never heard of a cookie mix!!  I thought the cheater way to make cookies came in little tubes...)

crackers:  Carr's water crackers although we don't really eat these much.  They are mainly for company.

dip:  Salsa.

salad dressing:  I usually make my own but sometimes I will buy honey mustard.

bagel/english muffin:  I don't eat these.

candy:  I don't eat this.
