so your starving at the supermarket. which foods do you pick from these categories (never mind calories and all that stuff)?

so your starving at the supermarket. which foods do you pick from these categories (never mind calories and all that stuff)?

fruits: mango, banana, watermelon, pluots, lemons

veggies: tomatoes, onions, peppers, cucumbers

meat: t bone steak, chicken

chips: salt and vinegar

pretzels: honey mustard

cereal: Crispix

dairy: Greek yogurt, kefir, buttermilk, skim milk

icecream: not cream, but sherbet-orange

soup: Campbell's tomato

frozen meal/pizza: any supreme pizza

bakery item: none, I make muffins

bread: fresh, still hot French loaf

bar (ex. powerbar): none-don't eat them

drink: Coke classic

spread: pimento cheese

nuts: pecans

cake mix: yellow with chocolate icing

cookie mix: none; I make homemade oatmeal

crackers: just plain fat free Nabisco saltines

dip: just a plain can of Rotel; it's better than commercial salsas to me

salad dressing: blue cheese to make homemade

bagel/english muffin: freshly made "Everything" bagels  from the little Bagel shop around the corner

candy: Chi-co sticks

fruits: STRAWBERRIES AND BANANAS 

veggies: PICKLES, I GUESS. I DON'T REALLY CARE FOR VEGGIES. I STILL EAT THEM OF COURSE, BUT I DON'T HAVE A FAVORITE.

meat: SALMON, HALIBUT, TILIAPIA AND LOBSTER.

chips: CHEDDAR & SOUR CREAM

pretzels:  SNYDER'S CHOCOLATE COVERED PRETZEL DIPS

cereal: TRIX, CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH, LUCKY CHARMS...I COULD GO ON AND ON!

dairy: ICE CREAM, CREAM CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM.

icecream:  EDY'S SLOW CHURNED WHATEVER, SKINNY COW WHATEVER, AND WEIGHT WATCHERS WHATEVER. 

soup: NOT A SOUP FAN AT ALL!

frozen meal/pizza: LEANS CUISINE, SOUTH BEACH, KASHI AND SMART ONES

bakery item:  ANYTHING!

bread: NATURE'S PRIDE DOUBLE FIBER 100% WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

bar (ex. chewy,powerbar): CLIF OR KASHI

drink: JUICE OR SODA

spread: PEANUT BUTTER

nuts: PEANUTS

cake mix: NO PUDGE FAT FREE ORIGINAL FUDGE BROWNIE MIX

cookie mix: TOLL HOUSE  CHOCOLATE CHIP

crackers: WASA WHATEVER. THEY ALL TASTE GOOD!
