Hey everyone, I just joined CC at the beginning of this month, and have already lost 7 lbs!  Yay!  I am 26, single (well, I have a boyfriend, but we're not married)/no kids, 5 ft 3.5, 154 lbs (was 163!), and trying to get down to an ideal BMI at 127 lbs.  See my profile for more on my dieting/weight history.  What I am REALLY looking for are some friends who are in a similar weight/age/life stage as me who want some moral support and prayer.  Any takers?  As for me:

9.    Where is your favorite place to eat?  At my parents' house.  They always cook for me, and their food is SO healthy!  Lots of salmon and salads, mmmm...

10. What favorite place would you like to be at right now?  I'm pretty happy right where I am, at home with the door open, on a sunny day!  I'd also like to be in San Luis Obispo with my boyfriend

12. What is one of your hobbies?  Singing in the church choir!

13. Do you have a favorite book or author?  Harry Potter!  Hands down, will always be my favorite.

14. When did you accept Christ as your personal savior?  I think when I was born...  I have been a Christian my whole life.  I consider my spiritual journey to be more a series of important milestones, than one saving moment.

15. What is one of your favorite Bible Stories?  Jesus cooking fish for Peter and reinstating him to "feed my sheep" after Peter has denied him three times.

15. What is one of your favorite Bible Stories? The story of Bathsheba after doing the Francine Rivers study Lineage of Grace series, Bathsheba has always been a story of hope and unlimited grace for me.

When did you accept Christ as your personal savior? 1992.  I was getting ready for work and feeling very overwhelmed with the way my life was playing out at that moment.  I remember throwing my head back and screaming, "GOD HELP ME!" I was watching the news as I was getting ready and when I sat on the bed to put my pantyhose on, I sat on the remote.  The channel changed and I was watching Joyce Meyer.  The rest is history.
