I've been playing Assasin's Creed this weekend. Good good, my new graphics card is good!

Kinda. I feel good 'cause I did my weight routine yesterday. It was hard because I haven't done it in a while. But I refused to use smaller weights.

have you ever felt really heavy? i dont mean like weight wise and fat but i mean REALLY feeling gravity? im usually quite a bouncy person but just lately iv been feeling like im made of lead or something lol

I thought about you, Truman, Friday night in class. I do think that at least my deep water aerobics class is weight resistant. Cause you really are using your core to stay up-right while doing the exercises. And we are using weights. There was one I really couldn't do and I'm looking forward to being able to do it by the end of the semester.

 I'm not sure I've felt that way. Are you really tired? I probably have felt that way when I've been really, really tired.

LOL i dont think im too tired but maybe its this extra muscle. although you think that would make me feel lighter lol. oh i dont know im going with 'im a weirdo' lol.

apparently eating after a workout is good for you coz your metabolism is higher, but i dont think it matters what you eat

Well, it's been a while since sniper School, I tell you that - and they didn't teach us sword fighting :)

 Anyway - yeah, I'm pretty sure it's resistance training - are you using your muscles to overcome external resistance? Then it's resistance training. It might not be a lot of resistance so you might wind up with strength endurance rather than strength training, but it's still resistance.

 The way to tell if it's enough to count as strength training and not strength endurace is to count reps - if you can do more than 12 repetitions in a row, you're not using enough weight ;)

 I tell you though- my graphics card is almost too good. I have a touch of vertigo, and jumping around on the rooftops of Acra I got nauseous from the heights I was climbing around on ;)
