I know nobody cares but me....

......but I wanted to share anyway...... so went to the gym yesterday and had them take all of my measurements. It's been 11 wks. since they've done this. The following is what was found:

Blood pressure was amazing

Lost 6.5 in. in my waist

Lost 3 in. in each thigh

Lost 3 in. in bustline

Lost 3.5 in. in hips

No change in arms

Body fat went from 32.7% to 25%

I went and got a mani/pedi. The end.
