When the pencils in my hands slowly start turning into bunnies.
- The computer screen suddenly looks like it is ten feet away, instead of two
- I look up and the sun is peaking through my blind

When you start seeing a movie type reel of you running in a field and then seeing a huge comfortable double bed with pillows and running towards it.
When the thought of having to get up in a few hours terrifies you.

When the birds start chirping outside like crazy.
Or when you look at the clock and say "if I go to sleep RIGHT NOW, I'll get 4 good hours." Then 3, etc.

you start to see or hear things that aren't there.
when you start cleaning the kitchen at 1am, spend an hour doing it, you turn around it's in a bigger mess than it was before you started.....
you're dancing at 1.00 am with the volume turned so low you can hear snoring from other rooms.

When you realize your falling asleep typing, while chatting with a friend. Then the next day have to go back and read what it was you told them because apparently you were dream typing. LOL Ill never make that mistake again. Geeze.
when you go downstairs for a glass of water, forget what you went down for, go back upstairs, remember, come back downstairs, trip over the cat on the way, eventually get your water, forget the cat is there, trip over her again, then wonder if you were ever really thirsty in the first place....
How can I make walking fun?
You have to find a way to make exercise fun or else you won't do it. If you walk indoors on a treadmill, I recommend moving outdoors into the fresh air... Read more
