I know...stupid question
I'm just making sure. It is normal to weigh more during that time of the month right? I mean...I should not be freaking out over gaining two lbs right, cuz it is because it's that time?
There is a lot involved in your weight. I can't speak for that time of the month (i'm a guy) but I'm sure water retention will show you gaining weight. Putting on muscle can actually increase your weight. (muscle weights more than fat).
Don't stress. Focus on how your pants fit :-) - the measurements don't lie.
Just make sure you follow the nutritional plan you have setup daily. At the end of the week you should have burned (living and working out) about 3500 calories less than you consumed and you will eventually lose the weight. You may have to tweak based on your metabolism and you may plateau...for a while.
There is only one single way to lose weight...burn more calories than you consume. Everything else you do makes up that equation. (measuring your food intake, working out, etc.)

It's totally normal to gain weight during that time of the month, it's mostly water retention so don't freak aout, you'll lose it after it =)
I believe, and please don't quote me on this, that it is normal to gain water weight during that time.
About a week before IT starts.... I gain water weight.
Seems when it actually starts for good, I lose a wee bit. Then when it's over, back to normal.
