kool aid

anyone know if you drink kool aid instead of water will it hydrate me the same as clear water

probably...but that's alot of sugar!  How about crystal light?

That will still count as water intake.  We get water from alot of different sources, such as fruit and vegetables.  These also work to hydrate us, so I assume your koolaid woul work the same way.

I use Splenda with Kool Aid, too, but I try to drink lots of water, also. I was actually wondering how many calories it was the other day. Does anyone know how many calories are in a cup of Splenda?

as far as i know splenda has no cals

actually it does have calories, but because there's less than 5 in a serving, they can say it has zero calories. it either has 2 or 4 in a tsp, i can't remember which
