Use ground chicken or turkey.
| 1 | lb chicken, ground |
| 3 | garlic cloves |
| 2 | tsp cumin |
| 1 | tbs lime juice |
| 16 | oz salsa |
| 6 | corn tortillas |
| 3 | oz cheddar cheese |
Cook chicken in skillet w/ water, add garlic, cumin & lime juice. Put 1/2 salsa in bottom of glass bakeware pan. Roll tortillas around chicken mix, set in pan. Pour remaining salsa over. Top w/ cheese. Bake 350* for 30 minutes.
