I would like to join.

I'm returning to school this summer so my goal is to successfully incorporate healthy eating and exercise while in school...even if all i can fit in is 30 minutes on the stairmaster, juming rope, or jogging in place at home. If I am successful, this will be the greatest birthday gift I've ever received.

This will be my first challenge. I've already fallen off the wagon since starting on this site. It's so hard changing my bad eating and exercising habits. Hopefully this will help me be more accountable.
