Finale Weigh-In: Monday, Sept 1st, Labor Day: A day of rest from work, you can pat yourself on the back for the good you've done for your own body this summer~!
Set a reasonable goal that you think you can achieve with making better eating choices, exercising beyond your regular daily activities, drinking more water, counting calories.. however you want, as long as it's a good, healthy way to lose weight. Get started today!

I new here but I'm gonna try this out. I don't have any friends that live close and no one to work out with so this will have to do for now.
I'm 5'7" and 33 years old. My current weight is 197lbs Im going to try and lose 15lbs by labor day. I don't know if that is low or high but lets see how I do. Good luck to all of you.
Well so far no change, not good, but not horrible either. I'll just have to try harder this week! At least I'll try anyway since I've just come down with a cold. Energy soooo low... :(

I am definitely in! I need this to get me motivated because I just got my big toenail ripped off and am sulking because I can't do my 5 mile walk! (which I just finally had worked up to) So this will help me do something else instead of sit on my butt! So here we go

Going to try this pilates and yoga class I got on DVD to help out, plus I lift 5lb weights 3 times a week and will start again tomorrow!

I've been in a plateau for almost a month now. I let myself eat lots of food this weekend to give myself a break and suprisingly the scale didn't move up! Today is the first day of my zig-zag diet. This week is going to be tough with all of the 4th of July BBQs though!! Good luck everyone!!
