Not sure if this is the right section but...

Anyone have any ideas to boost your energy levels? I eat really healthy lately.. yes i get enough calories. I do have a thyroid condition but my levels are fine.

I used to drink coffee to get my boost for the day.. but with acid reflux surfacing I have stopped. Now i am just tired all of the time.

Anyways.. i am now drinking green tea. But whatelse can I do?

Thanx for the help :)

any ideas?
the last time you were at the doctor, did they tell you if your iron was low?

low iron causes fatigue
Also, here's a post with lots of links to online health sites where you might be able to find more possible answers.

I know depression can manifest as fatigue as well, and I think there are a number of auto-immune disorders that affect it too.

For what it's worth, I felt exhausted for the past couple of weeks but once TTOM was over, I felt much better. I think a combination of hormones and stress was the problem.

good luck hon!
Are you sleeping enough?  That's the first thing that comes to mind when fatigue is mentioned.
hmm i just ended my TTOM--- i didnt even think of that.. i wonder.

I think im sleeping enough... i am at university so i guess maybe end of the year stress is getting to me...

any foods that are known to burst energy levels?
I take emergen-c packets....they give me a big boost of energy and helped me quit the caffine addiction I developed in school. Lots of vitamins and only 30 calories!
