Hey....just an FYI: Breyers makes a lactose free ice-cream!(link includes where to buy and nutrition).

It may have been around, but I just saw it yesterday. My mom is lactose intolerant, so it was a pleasant surprise to find ice cream she can enjoy.

I just thought I would spread the news for anyone else who doesn't know about it yet!

Stupid living in the UK.

There is a brand Pure Decadence, that makes the most DELICIOUS soy ice cream in the world, the flavor I get is Pomegranate Chip.  I don't like soy ice cream normally, but this one is amazing!

I eat Swedish Glace soya ice cream which can be bought in the UK. It comes in vanilla, blueberry, strawberry and chocolate. Personally I love the vanilla one. Yum yum!

hly macaroni! I'm going to try and get myself dsome! I hate the unpleasant aftermath of saying 'what the hell?' to a bit of dairy!

The Edy's frozen yogurts with live, active cultures (you know, actual yogurt) bother me much less than regular ice cream. If I have a half cup, I don't even notice any uh...negative consequences. However, I'm on the less-severe end of the lactose intolerance spectrum.

I've also tried the pure decadence pomegranate chip, and it is really tasty. I don't usually like soy ice cream either, but it was really good on some fruit crisp. It's rather expensive though.

Yeah, I know, it's a littttle under $5.00 for a pint (I think).  All the more reason to just have a little bit and savor it though!
