Any ladies about 5'4"-- Goal Weights please??

hey there! I'm in between 5'4 and 5'5 so I'll try to help. I'm currently 145 and I go up and down almost everyday probably because I weight myself too much. The lowest I've gotten is 139. It is really hard if u are within ur weight range to lose the weight. I'm kind of borderline. My goal weight is 125. I figure it's not too skinny and I know it will make a big difference because I seriously can't even remember the last time I was 125! :) Hope I helped
Hey! :-) I'm 5'5 and my heighest weight was 218 lbs; I'm at 205 now, and my ultimate goal is around 140 pounds. How much weight you should lose depends on your frame size, how old you are, how active you are, and a few other different things, lol. :-) I wish you luck, no matter how much you decide you need to lose! As long as you do it healthily, things should be great. :-D

I'm 5'4" and currently 152 (started at 178), but I have a fairly large frame. I definitely want to get below 145 (hello, healthy BMI!), and once I get there I'll be looking for a tenable weight that feels and looks good to me. At this point I don't expect to go any lower than 135 - given the way things look now, any lower and I'll have bones poking out all over.
hi im 5'5" right now im 144 (7 lbs up from when i left school 2 months ago) my goal is to be around 125-130. i think most people who are 5'4-5" weigh between 125-145 it just depends on your body is comforitable with being at (health wise).

I am also 5'4".  Ideally your weight should be about 126lbs (9 st.) for your height, but anything from 119lbs (which I personally think is too skinny) to 140lbs.

I guess it all depends on how much you want / need to lose
I'm also 5'4'.  Dealing with my weight has been a lifelong problem.  for 15 years I was best able to maintain between 128-135 and felt somewhat satisfied with how I looked.  Less than that was too difficult to keep off.  

Now I'm 160 (down from 175) and my goal is 132.
i am 5'4" - and weigh far too much - over 250lbs - need to get down to a minimum of 140lbs - am large frame and lightly active
I'm 5'5" and used the calculator to figure out a healthy weight for me.  It was 120-149 if I remember right, so I set a goal of 140.

I'm 5'4" and my ultimate (eventually I will get there) goal weight is 110 lbs. which is the minimum that I will go.  I'm doing my goal 10 lbs at a time so right now, I only aim for 120 lbs

I'm at 124 lbs today.  My heaviest was 136 lbs three years ago and 134 lbs, a couple of months ago (-_-)
I am between 5'3" and 5'4"

I started at 180 and I went up and down between 180 and 170 for a few months.  I have gotten down to 168 and my goal for now is 145...once I get there I will probably try and get to 130 and then maybe keep going if I can. 

About a year ago I was 150 and even though I felt better, I still felt overweight.  I carry most of my weight in the bottom half so I only ended up going down one size in pants despite the fact that I went from wearing a size large and extra large shirts to mediums and smalls.
My goal is 115. I may decide to go for 110, or maybe not; I'll have to see how I feel and look when I get closer to it.
I am between 5'4" and 5'5" and my ideal weight is supposed to be 57 kilos as told by the doctor - thats about 125lbs but I want to go down to 120 so there is room to fluctuate without getting too scared - as I know I will get paranoid!

Currently at 136lbs - lost 10lbs in 2 months and soo happy!
I'm 5'4" and when I started CC 2 weeks ago I was 149. Now I'm down to 145 and my goal weight is 120. I've been trying to get back down to 120 for a while, so hopefully I can stick to diet and exercise this time! I have a small frame, so 120 is what I think looks best for me.
Hey I'm 5'4.5" and my goal weight is somewhere between 150 and 135. I'm still not sure yet. I'll probably settle somewhere around 145-140. The last time I weight 135 was in middle school and back then I was 5'3".
hi, i'm 5'4" and when i started CC i was 132 however i had lost a lot of weight before starting. 

as of now i weigh 123 and my initial goal is 120 for the next couple weeks. my ultimate goal is at about 117-115 no less than that. i have a small frame but a lot of muscle from sports and such.
I'm 5'4, small frame. My goal weight is 135 - think i'd be too small under that.

Anything under 130 I think would be too small for me.
At 5'3.5" I weight about 125-130. My frame is small but since I weighted nearly 200 lbs as an adolescent I have lots of fat cells (places to store fat) and extra loose skin. My goal weight is 115-120 lbs. But for the most part, my goal is to comsume my fruits and veggies, minimul fat (since my body stores it very easily) and make sure that I am staying active. While haveing a goal weight in mind is good, I believe it is more important to focus on achieving the smaller goals (like diet and exersice) that will result in your goal weight.

I don't know how much you should weigh. I think it depends on your body build, and how old you are too. I think 120 lbs would be a good weight. But if you'd feel more comfortable weighing less, or more, then go for it!

i am 5'3 and weigh 160 but look like i weigh around 130 or 135 i swear . i think it depends on how much fat you have and how much muscle. ikno im stronger than alot of girls at least at the gym but i weigh soo much more .can u guys help me lose weight but not gain muscle? i gained it all in about 2 mths after working out at the gym.
