Any ladies about 5'4"-- Goal Weights please??

Hey I'm about 5'4", looking to lose weight but I'm not quite sure how much.  Just curious about what you guys think.
I'm 5'4" and my goal is 120, which is right in the middle of my healthy bmi zone @ 20.6 or something.  I'm not going to be happy until I tone up and sort my skin out, which I'm planning to do after I hit my goal weight.
I'm so glad I saw this thread! I'm exactly 5'4'', currently 155 (I was 153 before I went on vacation...). My goal weight is 143. I got to that point a year or so ago and I felt really good (so good, I decided to eat whatever I felt like and not exercise anymore...). But I want to get back to feeling comfortable in my skin again so I don't have to tug at my clothes to hide my muffin top!

I am 5 4 and I weight 179 right now in the am. I used to be 140 to 135 and that is my ideal weight. Since Paxil (6 years ago) and since two babies-my youngest is 14 1/2 months. I ended both pregnancies at 215 or so. After my son I got to 162 with Phentermine. After my recent baby, my daughter, nothing would help. I started eating clean in January and lost 17 lbs. I have been stuck for a while. My ultimate goal is 150-160. But, I think I look about 165 right now because I wear a size 10 or 12 pants and large top......It's just stuck and I can't get it off. I am also slow thyroid, so I just started medicine for that. Overall, for this height I think a size 6-8 would be healthiest. I would like to be able to unstick myself. But, like the others said it's really about how your body is. If I weighed 150 I would look super thin-even though that's considered "overweight" by the standards of BMI.

I'm 5'4" and weigh a little less than 160 and my goal is 135.....Now I'm just working hard to get there.
I'm 5.75 (on a good day) but, I have a big frame.  VERY big.  I'm waiting to see what I look like as I get down, and what's possible.  Current GW is 150 which is top of the 'healthy' charts, but they don't seem to take into account frames.  If I get to 150 and it's obvious I could lose more...I will.  If I get to 170 and I'm toned and trim...I think I'll be happy with that!  I already look soooo much better and my weight seems astronomical.  I've lost almost 3 sizes, but my weight won't budge under 235. SIGH.  Oh, well.  At least I know I"m doing everything 'right'.  Goodluck,  Z

everyone keeps telling me that is way too small but i honeslty dont think it is =/
I'm 5'4" and my primary goal weight is 143, which is where I was before I was pregnant and I did feel pretty good and was fit (ran 2 marathons).  I'd like to be 132-135 which is what I was before grad school, but I'd probably settle for 140 or so. We'll see when I get there. After baby #3, I started at 178 pounds and I'm down to 159 now.

I'm just happy that I'm already feeling better, esp. since baby is sleeping through the night and I'm getting more exercise!

Well, I think that ur ultimate goal should be the weight you feel most comforatable at. Ideally us shorties should be b/t 120-150.

I think that my body isn't built for much less than 130, BUT my aim is to be 150. Of course I am taking it bit by bit. One pound at a time.

I say that we shouldn't compare our selves to others but be conscious of how much extra weight we are lugging around and mold our goals around the weight we look and feel the best.

im 5'4.5 and my weight is 135, final goal is 128 (9 stone 2) and no lower, or i lose my bum and my boobs!! I dont want to be STRIGHTDOWN and curveless, hip bones showing too much. I like hip bones showing a little, but too much and it starts looking sick.

i'm 5'4". the lowest i've ever been is 112. the highest is 148. right now i'm fluctuating between 134 and 139 depending on binges and my eating habits.

my goal weight is to get down to at least 119 if not smaller. my bones stick out when i'm that small...so idk if thats what you want. but i love it :)

Im 5'5" highest weight: 222lbs and current weight: 159lbs. I would like to eventually get down to 135ish. But I think I will just re-eval how I look when I reach 145 (BMI=24) as I am VERY big-boned and have lots of hips, lol.


I'm 5'4" and I am usually between 113-115 or so. :)
i'm 22 (or will be in two months) and 5'3.75" tall.  right now i weigh 122, although that fluctuates depending on the day and time.  my highest weight was around 145.  i was aiming for a goal weight of 107/108, but i'm rethinking that plan now after seeing everyone elses goals.  maybe i'll still shoot for around 110... who knows?

I'm 5'4" and currently weigh 127 lbs, I've never weighed more than 135, and I think the weight that I looked the best at was 120...my goal right now is 123, which feels a little more attainable, but I would do the happy dance if I could be 120 and start working on maintenance calories rather than deficit calories.

I'm 5'4" - currently 136, my highest weight : ( - and my weight has fluctuated since I went on my first diet. 

Previously I had fluctuated between 116 and 123 in high school.  The summer after sophomore year (during which I gained some weight) I went from 130 to 114.  Even though I ate healthily I guess that was too low, because it messed up my sex hormones (my breasts shrunk!).  I've had to go on birth control to stabilize everything, and I gained 20 lbs in 3 months from the pill!  Now I'm trying ot lose it all over again, and having a really hard time of it.

Anyway, my point is, be careful going too low, because it can really hurt your body.  I would stop at 125 and see how you feel, and if you need to lose more, make it gradual, because being thin is not worth the damage to your body (and the fat that comes with it) when your hormones get messed up.

I'm 5'3 3/4 but I generally round up to 5'4 because .25 of an inch ain't much in my book.

I am currently 135. Lowest ever was 129. Goal weight is 120 or 115. Haven't decided.

I'm 5'4" and my highest weight was around 270  ~ WAYYYY too big, my lowest weight was around 135 and a close friend asked if I was eating and did I need to talk about anything { everything was fine, I was just REALLY active and in my early 20's} so somewhere in between is where I'm aiming.

My CW is 235 and my {first} goal weight is 180, then to 150-160 ~ that is the range where I feel healthiest and look best, IMO.

My target weight is 135.  I'm currently 240.

*sigh* such a long way to go!  haha.  Have to focus on those short-term goals!

I'm with you there, groupiegirlnj, my mid-way {sort of} goal is to just see the number '1' in front when I step on the scale ~ I will do THE MOST TRIUMPHANT happy dance when that day comes - it's been TOO long!!!
I barely brush 5'4'' and my highest weight has been 126; my lowest, 109. Right now I weigh 115 pounds (up 3 pounds for the holidays, haha), and I plan on getting down to 108!
