Oh my gosh! I'm not trying to be judgemental, but wow! That seems really underweight for 5'4"... You might want to go meet with a doctor and get that checked out, maybe meet with a nutritionist or personal trainer and have them help you decide what an appropriate goal weight is for you.
At 140 right now (which translated for me to 33% body fat--Eek!)
Was 132 a year ago when I started CC but I stopped after a couple months.
My goal is 120lbs, 17% or less body fat. I was 125lbs 2 years ago but I was working out a lot more. So I got a personal trainer and doing it right this time with excerise! I don't just want to lose pounds, I want to be toned and fit too.
Keep in mind everyone's body structure is different--which is why I brought up body fat %.
I'm 5'4 with a small frame...right now I am 125. My goal weight is between 115-117. I want to be a size 4 for my wedding, right now I am a size 6.
Im 23 Years old, currently 154.8 lbs (joined today) and my goal weight is 120. I remember being 120 when I was 19, and its my perfect weight.... still have some meat on my bones, but slim enough. I have a son 21 months old, and during the pregnancy and after I gained all my weight. Now I find it extremely hard to lose it. Im home 95% of the time, so its easy for me to eat a lot, because i cook for my husband at 4am, then for me and my son in the morning, then randomly all day (my son eats small meals often) <-- which means I eat what he eats (especially leftovers). I am here to make some friends and I really need help doing this. Good luck.
Hi, 31 and started the medi fast diet which includes 4-100 calorie appettite shakes and one lean and green mel, whicj i ususally have a grilled chicken salad, I started on May 9th, 2008 at 313, the highest ever, i have high blood pressure and i dont want to die at an early age, i have 2 kids a girl who will be 11 and a boy who will be 6...to date i am currently 283 pounds, it is a hard diet to only eat about 800 a day but i see its working and i really have no major side affects... i visit my doctor 1 a week to weigh in and pick up my week supply of shakes and it is 52 dollars a week, not bad cause i would prbably spend more money then that if i werent on this diet...lol
I'm 5'4", I currently weigh between 111-113 on any given day. I want to get down to 108 (no less.) The only muscle I have is the absolute necessary amount to function..so once I lose a few pounds I definitely need to tone!
Im 5'4" and Im aiming for about 130. The right weight for you depends on your frame aswell as your height.
I'm 5'4, 22 years old and weight a surprising 110. I haven't had a scale in awhile until recently when I found out I lost weight. I am now maintaining but would not want to be any less than this.
I'm 5'5", weigh 125 pounds with a low fat percentage. I'm trying to squeeze out the last layers of fat and definitely build more muscle, so I'm actually hoping to gain weight in the process. I don't think about my body in terms of weight but composition instead, but I'd say I'll probably weigh 135 lbs when I get to the shape I want to see myself in.
I'm 37 and 5'4" and right now I'm 137. I would like to be 120 to 125. I have a small med frame and wear a 34DD bra and I do not want to lose to much up there. I was over 200lbs (when I was pregnant I got to 235) but have been as low as 125 and maintained for years.
This is the last "diet" I will ever be on.
I'm 18 5'4" and I weight around 113-115. In a perfect world I would weigh 110, but no matter how hard I try it's not working. Workout 6 days a week, running and walking for 1hr and a half or more and eating 1200-1600 cals a day. BLAH!
My goal is 125ish. I'm not sure exactly because I've only had a scale for about a year so I don't know what I looked like at that weight.
I'm 5'4'' , goal weight is 105 and I'm 105. So Yay :)!!!
