Ladies-What guy styles do you like?

What particular clothing styles do you like seeing guys wear? :)
Also, do you agree with guys wearing makeup--by makeup, I mean cover-up...things that make your face look "cleaner"

Make up = WEIRD.

I like my boyfriends style the best. He has his nose pierced, shaggy blonde hair, and always wears a nice hat. He has the clean cut "skater look" a mix of the two. hes cute. and i think its the cutest on him

My style would be "clean". I don't particularly like piercings or tattoos, usually preferring a more classy and mature look on a guy, but if they are TASTEFUL then they can be attractive. More than 3 facial piercings turn me off. Short or long hair doesn't matter, as long as it's well kept. =)

Cover up on a guy would be pretty strange. But if done correctly, no one would be able to tell it's there.

I like the savage look, beard and long hair, both of them clean of course. I don't mind tattoos as long as they follow the rules of good taste, however I don't like piercings, earings are ok but that's about it. A man who has a beard needs no make-up.
As for the clothing simplicity is the best, I simply hate the metrosexual look and the girly-like-boys that are promoted nowadays. Real men should dress in jeans and leather :D

OH YES. and i do love a good full beard. If a man has a beard and good looks...well then hellllo!

Those pants from the 70's that flare you at the bottom.

Hmm.... I'll go with clean-shaven myself. NO make-up on a guy; I'd rather his face be completely full of zits rather than make-up.

As for clothes, something that looks nice. I don't particularly care what as long as it matches and isn't ripped/all black. Personally, I don't go for the "bad boy" look; it shows he's not a real possibility for dating.

I don't particularly like piercings or tattoos- I could deal with one, but I wouldn't like it.
professional looking. Jeans on occasion but well fitted. A nice jacket is great with a nice collared shirt. I think printed t-shirts are lame, but if its blank its ok. A nice hair-cut and well groomed acial hair. I think a guy wearing SUBTLE make-up is fine.. just maybe keep it hush hush... I don't think its really caught on yet. Honestly though, I don't know how guys can live without make-up. Some days I don't think I'd be willing to leave the house without it.

i prefer my men au natural - like a wild mountain man!

adventurer chic, would be a good description. the kind of guy that looks like he just finished climbing a mountain.

they're a rare type though...unless you live in kathmandu haha

coming in at a close second would be the "tempermental artist" look. effortlessly stylish and not overdone.

oh yeah, and both styles include a great mane of hair (relatively clean please!) and lots of facial hair.

Make up looks good on some guys. For example: Marilyn Manson. He is so freakishly ugly without his make up. However, I have a slight attraction towards those kinds of guys. I love piercings and tattoos.
I encourage boys to wear make-up, especially my fiance.  He looks so hot with smokey, smudged eyeliner and I do force him to wear cover-up when my naughty sucking habit shows on his neck.

As for clothing style, it's hard to pick one basic style, as I really don't like any of them.  I don't like the surger look, I don't like the skater boy look, I don't like the full out gothic look.  Jeans and a tee shirt work for me.  And some steel toed boots with killer shoe laces.

I guess punk/rock casual with a side of goth?
Makeup is a no-no. I know they have all these products specifically targeted at men these days but makeup on guys is just wierd.

When it comes to clothing styles, I like well-fitted designer threads that are thrown together to look effortlessly stylish. I don't like 'shorts and tshirt' casual, I love a guy in a collared shirt and tie with neat hair, and perhaps well-groomed facial hair.
I like my men kinda dorky.  I don't like them to look like they spent a lot of time figuring out what to wear or fixing their hair or putting on make up.  I do also love a man covered in tattoos but that has only ever left me with a broken heart so I stick the nice ones now.
Hygiene - good, primping - bad.  Thinking of average to above average guys, Im not a fan of facial hair (except some can pull off a light mustache), piercings or tattoos (small 1-2 is fine).

For clothing though, I do appreciate a man in a classic double breasted suit and its normally the only time I dont dislike button up shirts.  Jeans that arent ripped, whether ragged or trendy.  I dont like dark blue jeans but faded jeans (all one color) or black ones look great.  Im another that isnt a fan of printed T-shirts.  I dont like sandals on guys or shoes without socks.

Guilty pleasures would be sleeveless Tshirts which is weird because I dont like tank tops but sleeveless regular collared Tshirts.
I'd never think about a guy wearing make up but i'd think it'd be weird, because i rarely ware the stuff myself...as for clothing style i like jeans and t shirts on a guy. but the jeans do have to be ABOVE the butt crack...and they can't be very baggy...but i do like the more casual look.

My favorite clothing style on a guy is the skater style. I like it because it looks good on most guys and it's casual and laid back. I love hats on guys too.

I'm not a big fan of the preppy or pretty boy look. The designer jeans and pink polo shirts don't do it for me. Or when their hair is perfectly put together, eh I don't want to be dating someone who takes longer to get ready than I do.

NO NO NO NO NO make-up on men, unless it's Halloween, or for a performance of some sort, or something like that - but DEFINITELY not for "everyday" wear.

If a man wants his complexion to look "cleaner", a good exfoliationg cleanser and daily moisturizing can do the trick...good hygene - yes; make-up - NO.

I don't think women should use make-up to "spackle" over problem areas either, but to ENHANCE her features

The one exception...if a man colors his hair darker and wants to pencil in his eyebrows to match...that makes sense to me.

I like my man to look like a man...
I like a rocker-prep style. My boyfriend will wear a polo shirt with a band tee underneath. it's so cute!

But the kinda scraggly look is my thing for sure! haha

no make up. I cant not stand sharing my make up and if i had to do it with my guy i woulkd scream. cover up for the neck would be the only reason and he would have his own shade. another reason i go for mexican, there is no way he con use my white cover up. no eyeliner, u either have nice eyes or not

I like jeans and t shirt. itd fine if a guy friend wear a nice shirt and jeans to inpress my parents if  were going out bu tunder neth that nice shirt has to be a t shirt. take it off when we get around the block. I dress up in a nice top, jeans and whatever heels i feel like at the time.

edit: sorry re post

I like guys who are bald on purpose (i.e., shaved heads).  I also love men in tuxedos and wearing black T-shirts, but wouldn't want that to be the everyday. :)

I, too, vote for casual and sort of outdoorsy but not so much preppy or skater.  Different guys look good in different styles, though, so whatever "fits" for them and they feel comfortable in (as long as it is clean and virtually rip-free) is fine with me!  LOL.

Not sure about the make up thing on non-celebs, but do think the young David Bowie was kinda hot in his "makeup" days.  Go figure.  Mostly, I'm not a big fan of make up for women, either, but every now and then like to "paint" my face. :D
