So... when it is that time of the month how much does your weight fluctuate?! I seriously gain around 4 - 7 pounds!!!! YIKES! I almost went nuts this morning but then came that lovely time and I realized I was just full of water retention & PMS bloat! Lovely I know! Ha Ha!

I've gained as much as 11 lbs!  It's insane...and to be honest, a bit of a bummer because I never know when my period is coming (not to share too much but I've never been regular!).  It's nice when I find it's just a false alarm though!

Totally know when you mean when you find it super relieving that that whole weight gain is just a false alarm! I am starting to feel back to my old self again - but sadly this happens every month - right before I get my period! Yuck! ha ha - I sometimes really hate being a girl, but then again there are so many advantages to being one that I think it all evens out in the end!

It'd better =P haha because I must say I HATE the bloating and..other parts of it!

Besides the bloating, I always become insanely hungry and want to eat and snack on everything in sight.  I hate it because the cravings are so much harder to control around that time..... Laughing

I hear you maryg2!  I get hungry more often during my period, and the normal keep-me-full tricks don't work as well.

I don't tend to gain much during my period - 2-3 lbs - now that I'm losing weight.  Then a few days before the end of it all, I drop usually 3 pounds all of a sudden.  It's amazing how consistent it is.  I can look back at my weight graph starting in January and every month, there's a plateau and a dip, a plateau and a dip.

I absolutley refuse to weigh myself during that time.  I'm already grumpy enough I dont need the added knowlege that I've gained weight.  More power to all you girls out there that can do it.  I only weigh myself once every two weeks so I always go by what the last weight was.

My weight will sometimes drop a few lbs, or it will go up 1 or 2...it's weird. I agree with foreverme24, just dump the scale for the week haha!
