I have ready any where between 130-150, depending on your body type. Some people can look really good at 150 because they are toned, and muscle weighs more than fat.

I really try not to go by numbers any more because of this. Two women work in my office and the one who looks the smallest is actually 15lbs more than the other one who weighs less.  She is more tone and fit. But the other one looks overweight.

you probably look fine... that isn't an unreasonable weight for 5'4".  I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is 120 (I am within 4 lbs!), which is perfect for me.  I'm thinking 125 at 5'4" is going to look great.  It is not too thin, and certainly is not too heavy.  Good Luck!

Thanks mousephd for your wishes. I have never been lighter than 125 lbs ever since I can remember. I have lost 9 lbs since i started CC a month back, what really shook me up was my body fat % came to 32. Till then I never realised that slowly a lot of fat was creeping up around my belly. When I was in my 20s most of my weight was evenly distributed, its only now I can see tires around my waist.

Hi sugandhi  I am exactly the same as you 138 ish and looking to get to 125, but it is real hard,  I have been up to 175 but have stuck at 140 ish  for the last two years, I know its a lot better than it used to be , but I am ready to go down a bit more, anyway maybe we could compare notes on our progress.

Hope you get on ok  lulu

Hi!  I am also 5'4", and when I was in my thirties I felt my best at 133 - 135.  I think I have a very average body frame, and I did work out at the time and very active so some of that must have been muscle.  There are websites to determine your frame size which may help. Congrats on your 9# weight loss and keep up the good work!
