To my ladies 5'2 or under...
What is your goal weight? I have been researching this site and many numerous other and it says anywhere from 97lbs - 135lbs. What is your goal weight? My goal weight is 110-115lbs! And is being "big boned" a real thing? lol

My goal weight is 125 but I'd be happy with 135-140! I'm not big-boned, but i'm not frail either. I'm also not looking to being a stick, I want my curves!! plus my boyfriend enjoys a little meat, it's just now it's blubber :( lol
Hi, that's exactly where I am as well. I have a long way to go though. I seem to get started ok but then fizzle out. I have tried every diet under the sun and will do well and lose but because I don't make it a lifestyle I gain it back. I've had to worry about my weight since I was 15 and sometimes I just get sick of worrying about what I eat when it seems like no one else has to! I have a hubby and 2 boys, all of which can eat and eat and not gain. Very frustrating! I'm just starting back. I have muscle underneath but there's too much fat over it to see it!;)
I had a personal trainer tell me that because of my hight I should be around 110 lbs and Im not too sure about that but my goal weight now is from 130-140 lbs :)
It's pretty nice, I have tried two and you learn allot about working out and what not to eat. But having someone doing most of the "thinking" for me just didnt work and then when I would stop seeing them then I would just pack on the kilos again plus some more.
Im doing things by myself now using the things I learned from them and figuring what works out best for me in long term. Have managed to loose 37 lbs in 5 months now and I can proudly say it was all me ![]()

I'm 5"1 with a small frame and currently weigh 105lbs.. and I'm striving for something between 95lbs to 100lbs! and because im definitely a pear shape, i think getting down to my goal weight helps me look a bit taller :P

I'm only 4'10" tall and weigh 143 pounds and am medium boned. I'm supposed to be 110 pounds or less. I guess I have a long weigh to go. I can still remember being 100 pounds 20 years ago. Those were the days when I could eat anything and not worry about it. My husband likes me just the way I am, but I don't like my numbers at all. Do you guys think it's all psychological about numbers?
